The staff was friendly and accommodating during my Christmas stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice amenities, like a pool. the location was quiet and peaceful, with easy access to local transportation.
The hotel was quite far from major tourist attractions, making it difficult to explore the area without spending a lot of money on transportation. the breakfast was underwhelming and lacked variety, which was disappointing during the holiday season.

The owners/staff were fantastic, providing top-notch service. The cleanliness was outstanding, receiving a 5-star rating. The location was quiet and away from the center of town. The dining/lounge area was comfortable and had a pool. The taxi service to the town was convenient and affordable at only 5 Euros. The owner went above and beyond to help us retrieve our lost bags, even driving to the next town and arranging for translation assistance. The shared room with two single beds was suitable for a trip with my mom and ideal for couples.
Couldn't fault.

The staff was amazing, really helpful and friendly. The place was really clean, I could tell that they took great care of it. I also liked that it was away from the city center, so it was really quiet. The lounge area with the pool was comfortable and relaxing. A taxi ride to the bus station/monastery was only 5 Euros and it was easy to find one. Another good thing was that the owner helped us with our lost luggage, he even went to the next town to pick it up for us.
That it was a bit far from the main attractions, so we had to take a taxi to get to them. Walking was not an option.
